YOGA FOR KIDS
A unique fusion of traditional exercise with the artistry of yoga postures. May include the use of small resistance apparatus while incorporating traditional Hatha principles. All fitness levels can reap the benefits of flexibility, strength training, mental focus and balance.
CARDIO KICK BOXING
A multi-level cardiovascular and strength conditioning class that incorporates movements derived from boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Karate. This class focuses on punching and kicking that provide a dynamic, energetic and heart-pumping workout!
SPAR BOXING
This class is designed to increase coordination, speed and agility. Participants will use boxing gloves, heavy bags and speed bags with Certified Trainers.
CARDIO JUMP ROPE
Using a single jump routine, class members learn several drills, as well as "Double-Dutch" skills. The ultimate goal of this class is coordination and fun!
CYCLING/WEIGHT TRAINING CIRCUIT
Designed for children and young adults of all ages, this class is the perfect union of "Muscle and Music"! The weight training portion includes use of variable weighted barbells and selected hand weights to condition the major and minor muscle groups. Cycling intervals are included to increase overall fitness. The cycling portion is a dynamic, stationary group cycling experience lead by one of our Training Instructors. By combining these two fitness programs, this class offers a complete cardiovascular and strength training program.
BFit KIDS BOOT CAMP (for 8 to 12 years old)
Kids BFit Boot Camp is a structured creative play fitness program intended for the younger age group. The program introduces kids to physical activity with the goal of adopting fitness as a lifestyle.
BFit YOUNG ADULTS CIRCUIT TRAINING (12-18 years old)
The Young Adults Circuit Program is a structured multi-level fitness program intended for the older age group. The program is designed to introduce participants to, or continue on the path of a fit lifestyle. The goal of this class is to have fun while improving fitness levels.
