Summer  Fitness Camp
geared towards Children ages 6-12 
Scheduled activies include: Fitness Bootcamp, field trips, written fitness related assignments
Run, Jump, Strength Training, Build Agility and Speed.
Starts Tuesday 8/10/10  thur Friday 8/27 Mon.-Fri
Drop off/Pick up Hours 7:30am - 5:30pm
 Hourly - $6, Daily - $50, Weekly $225, Entire 3 week session  $650( 30% discount for members)

 Kids Boot Camp
geared towards Children ages 7-18 
Run, Jump, Strength Training, Build Agility and Speed.
Meets @ 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays
8/3/10 - 8/19/10
only $45 for 3wks (discount for repeat boot campers)

JUMP ROPE  for all Ages
 A FUN Interactive 3-Week jump rope program that  teaches.
Basis and advanced Jump Rope skills,
Single Rope, Long Rope and Double Dutch
Starts Wednesday, 8/4/10 - Wednesday 8/25/10 for 4 weeks
Meets Every Wednesday  @ 4:15pm - 5:00pm
 
 
      Join us for our Regular Kid Membership Program
 
BFit Circuit Training Program is a program which provides special fitness equipment designed for kids bodies. Each piece allows for multi-join, closed kinetic chain movements.(Exercises where one body part is in one place while the other body parts move)
 
We offer:
 
  • Group Fitness Classes: Yoga, Spar Boxing, Cardio Kick Boxing, Spinning, Boot Camp, Jump Rope and Cycling Weight Training Circuit
  • Seminars and Workshops:Healthy Eating facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, Building Strong Bones, Healthy Heart
  • Supervised Floor Workouts
  • Private Workouts/Personal Training
  • Sports Conditioning
