~ Monday thru Thursday: 3:15PM - 6:15PM
~ Fridays: 3:15pm - 5:00pm
~ Saturdays : 9:00AM - 12:00pm
~ SATURDAY: ADULT BOOTCAMP 7:30am - 8:45am
~ $8 - Open to the Public (no appointment necessary)
~ Personal Training by appointment
~ Sun: Closed
Kids are welcomed to workout any time during these hours for supervised floor workouts or classes (parents do not need to stay).
